Use a voice message when you want your recording to appear in Telegram’s voice-note interface. This changes the audio format and presentation; it does not create speech from text.
How to use it
Button names below use the English bot interface. Use /language to change your language.
Send your audio track
Open MusicToolBot and send or forward your recording as Telegram audio. A short MP3 is a good starting point. An existing voice message does not start this workflow.
Choose Music to Voice Converter
Select Music to Voice Converter from the tool keyboard after the bot reads your track.
Wait for the voice note
The bot converts your track to Opus audio and sends the result as a Telegram voice message.
Listen and share
Play the returned voice note to check it, then forward it or save it from Telegram. Use /new to process a different recording.
Example
A recording in voice-note form
- Start with
- Your original audio track
- Result
- A voice message with Telegram’s waveform interface
Illustrative workflow. The conversion uses mono Opus audio, so a stereo source becomes a single audio channel.
Good to know
Voice-to-audio is not available
The current converter accepts an audio track and returns a voice note. It does not turn an existing Telegram voice message back into a music file.
The sound is re-encoded
The converter uses mono Opus at a target of 32 kb/s. This is a compact voice-oriented output, rather than an archival copy of your music.
Music tags are not carried into the voice note
The conversion removes music metadata and artwork. Keep the source track if you need its title, artist and cover.
